Bad experience..the app is slow and sometimes just stop running when i click sell..hope they can improve the performance, otherwise many customer will be affected when this happened too often

Sebenarnya suka, tapi logon-nya annoying sekali, harus dua kali. Bisa nggak sih di-update cukup dengan PIN saja, atau finger print? Livin saja bisa, masa yang ini nggak bisa?

Menu-menu di aplikasi dan web beda nama. Mau tranfer ke sekuritas lain ribet banget gak bisa input KSEI id tujuan. Aneh

Atleast kalo aplikasinya njelimet kek gini. Kasih manual book/tutorial in app. Susah banget cari tutorial make aplikasi mobile maupun desktopnya. Kita ga jadi2 trading kalo mahamin cara makenya aja butuh beberapa minggu.

Setelah kode broker ditutup, tab watchlist error dan tidak bisa dibuka. Error sudah berjalan sampai 1 tahun tapi tidak ada follow up, parah banget.

Susah banget masuknya

Sometimes, hang if mobile displays were off for some seconds, it was reconnected with Most server, but the massage pop up that failed to update. So, I signed out and opened again and then started the Most cannot be open. Uninstall/install will work fine after, but that will be repeated the same problem. FYI, previously, no problem if mobile displays were off for seconds if failed to be reconnected will be signed out automatically, then open it and sign in successfully. Please fix it.
